Nonkululeko joined LvA in January 2022 and is based at LvA Hillbrow. She is an admitted attorney and holds a BA in Politics and International Relations and a LLB from Rhodes University. She is currently completing an LLM in Human Rights Law at the University of South Africa. Prior to joining LvA, Nonkululeko served her articles of clerkship at Mncedisi Ndlovu and Sedumedi Attorneys. Nonkululeko has always been passionate about women’s rights and interned with LvA in 2017. Nonkululeko believes that, despite appearances of equal protection, the justice system still protects the rights of men disproportionately. She is excited to work with an organisation that works to strengthen the justice system while supporting and protecting the rights of women and children.
